What was the actual justification behind Negro Leagues in the USA? Was it just a cultural norm, or a belief that one race possessed an inherent advantage that would make competition 'unfair'?

What was video gaming like in the Soviet Union? I'm aware of Tetris, as well as the Turnir and various "limited" consoles, but what about foreign consoles and foreign games? Were any particular genres or series popular in the Union? Did the Soviet Union have any gaming magazines or conventions?

In Romeo & Juliet, Tybalt "The Prince of Cats" is descripted as an adept duelist and a swordsman, Benvolio is kind of a potato. Was dueling/weapons training common for young nobility in that time or were there a large variance depending on interest like we see in the play?
